Because we don’t operate a retail storefront (yet) and ship directly from major distribution points across Australia, each order requires handling, packing, and freight processes built for full project quantities—not one-off items. To keep our pricing competitive and ensure reliable delivery of quality fencing products, a minimum spend applies to all online orders. This helps us maintain fast turnaround times, consistent stock levels, and the level of service our customers expect.

  • Although we have several staff in the business, our growth has meant that we are better serving our customers completely online. This means all shopping and customer service will be done through our online store.
